Missing nin
There are a few missing nin wandering around the world doing evil things. Every Missing Nin has a bounty on his body. On rare missions ninja's from the village are ordered by their kage to hunt down a missing nin and bring them back, captured to the village they belong. Of course they have to be skilled to capture them. The rewards for these missions are higher and the rank is too.

Defecting a Village:
First, you have to leave the village in a topic. You have to state that your leaving it and never returning. Another member of your village can post in that topic to try and get you back. You have to wait 24 hours before your officialy defected. Be aware though the staff might deploy npc Anbu to track you down and try to capture you so prepared for battle if you do leave.

Missing nin bounties:
Some missing nin have modified bounties, as in higher or lower for their rank. But the standard bounty for the Missing nin is listed below. To claim the bounty for the killed or captured missing nin you need to bring the missing nin to the lavaratory and confirm the missing nin as an criminal. If you have done this they will reward you with the correct amount of Ryo.

Going Missing
To go missing or rogue from a village, there are a few rules one must follow, especially the biggest issue. You must be from a village.

-If you are planning on going rogue, note that you must have been active in your village at least two weeks prior the initial post. Active means active, at minimum, at least 4 topic’s dealings with villages with one other member from your village.

-All rogue’s and missing ninja go into the “universal” bingo book. Giving details on your KKG, fighting style, and even jutsu’s you know. Along with rank, and any money you left with.

-The rank you left with is the rank you get via missing ninja. Genin is D, Chuunin is C, Jounin A, Kage is S. Increasing one’s rank, requires active criminal activity. And will be determined by the severity of the crime.
